Say Leadership Coaching

 

Rosa Say is the author of Managing with Aloha (Amazon Link) and the founding coach of Say Leadership coaching.

Rosa spent several years in management in the Hotel and Hospitality industry before launching her coaching career. She brings "real world" experience and practical management skills to her clients.

Rosa's coaching is not values neutral. Her focus is on teaching how to incorporate the traditional values of the Hawaiian culture into management. Although I may not agree with everything Rosa teaches when discussing values, I do agree with most of what she teaches.

Although Rosa does recognize that there is a distinction between principles and values, she does not focus attention on emphasizing the differences.
