Lisa Haneberg is the author of several books (see right side bar) and operates Haneberg Management which specializes in providing consulting and training services in Middle Management.

Lisa has developed a strong record of working with large corporations and government entities. Some of her clients have included the Royal Government of Thailand and the United States Federal Aviation Administration.

Lisa's coaching focuses on best practices and processes. She is concerned with developing the management skills of each manager and improving the organization. She focuses her attention on long term business relationships involving multiple projects instead of short-tern consultations. She can be a little iconoclastic when it comes to the "jet-set" consultants.

Although Lisa does consider values to be an important part of a corporate culture and of the development of effective managers, values development is a secondary priority in her coaching focus.
