Extra, Extra, Read All About It

Back in the days when there were a lot fewer channels (or mediums) of news communication, when breaking news occurred some metropolitan newspapers would print an Extra edition just to communicate the unexpected news.

Well, that's not the reason for this blog post. The fact is that I had originally planned to place this information in the Reading Assignment feed for this column. (You do subscribe to the Reading Assignment feed, don't you? If you are reading this column as a feed, this is not the same feed as the reading Assignment feed; please add the Reading Assignment feed to your (OPML) feed subscription list) But the comments that I was making became longer than I prefer to use in the Reading Assignment feed. ( This is not just a matter of taste, there is a practical difficulty which occurs when the description section of that feed gets long. )

Anyway, this is where the real beginning to this post commences:

If you are a long-term reader of Cohesive Integrity, then you know that the effort of pursuing integrity is an unending process requiring persistent effort. You also know that each aspect of the K.B.L.T. model impacts the other three aspects and creates a continuous cycling effect.

My friend, Rosa Say, intends to spend the entire month of March focusing on the unending pursuit of personal growth and the necessary persistence. Because she has been focused on Love in February, she has given us a preview of her March focus by showing how Love requires persistence and how Living love affects Teaching love. (I am using both Living and Teaching as they are defined by the K.B.L.T. model. Teaching includes managing, mentoring, coaching and any other activity whose purpose is to affect positively the personal growth and development of another human.)

Stated simply, you must live with aloha before you can integrate it into your work. Those two steps come before you can manage others with it, and before you can harness the aloha-packed power of MWA leadership.
