As you pursue the development of your internal cohesion, there are four aspects which lead to integration. They can be remembered by the acronym K.B.L.T. (Personally, I don't like to put Ketchup on a Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato sandwich.) These four aspects are Knowledge, Becoming, Living and Teaching.

Over the next few articles, I will be discussing these in more detail.

Let me point out that knowledge is a prerequisite to becoming. Becoming is a prerequisite to Living. And Living is a prerequisite to Teaching.

However, it is not as simple as the previous paragraph might suggest. Each of these aspects provides nutrition to the other aspects and therefore causes an even greater growth. For example, Living produces more knowledge.
