Repeat

As we change and grow, and as we discover new things about ourselves, our sense of who we want to be and our view of what is important slowly changes as well. For example, if you had set academic goals for yourself when you entered first grade, by eighth grade your understanding of school would have changed and you might even see some of your first grade goals as silly. The same is true as an adult.

That which a 20 year old sees as important is frequently viewed as immaturity by the same person at the age of 30.

Relationships also change, simply because the people who are in the relationships change. Therefore, it is important that we schedule time every few months to reconsider our Objectives, Our Priorities and Our Personal Assessment. Reconsidering these things will make your effort towards Cohesive Integrity more relevant to the person you have become.
